TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
Any booking made shall be deemed to be an offer by your agency to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. No contract between your agency and us shall come into existence until we (a) issue a booking ID; (b) issue a booking confirmation by email, online or fax; and (c) receive payment in full.

Rates shown on this website supersede any other fare list distributed by HS and presumed as the most updated offer from the company.

PRICES
We reserve the right to change prices offered on our web site at any time but this will not affect the price of any bookings that have already been confirmed.

All published rates ale nett, inclusive of government tax and service charge. Guest is required to pay hotel directly for any incidental charges or city development tax upon departure.

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
For items shown as "INSTANT" on the web site you will usually receive an email confirming the booking within two minutes, to the email address that you provided to us when you signed on.

For items shown as "AVALIABLE" we will contact the suppliers on your behalf and respond to you within 48 hours advising if the items have been confirmed or not.

In the event that we are unable to confirm the initial accommodation requested, an alternative may be offered and an email will be sent to inform you of the details and what action to take if you wish to accept the alternative suggestion.

Agent is required to guarantee all the bookings on or before the due date set forth on the confirmation. One night or whole period room charge will be levied when the guest fails to check in without giving prior notice to HS or when reservation is cancelled after guarantee.

Any request on bedding, non-smoking floor, higher floor, etc are subject to hotel availability upon check-in. However, HS will pass on the guest's interest to the hotel and hotel shall try its best to fulfill the request.

Should the agent fail to guarantee the booking on or before the set due date, room space will be released automatically. Any request to re-book room space and rate will be subject to hotel availability.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations notified directly to the accommodation or service provider would not be effective. Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made on the HS web site.

HS reserves the right to set special cancellation terms for booking requests fall into hotel high season. Booking could be non-changeable & non-refundable in that case.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the accommodation or service provider as early as possible during your customer's stay in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly. However, if not resolved to your satisfaction it should be notified to us in writing by email within 1 month of the date of the supply of the service. Any Complaint received after 1 month of the date of supply of the service will not be investigated.

LIABILITIES AND GENERAL
We reserve the right to change these bookings terms from time to time.

The booking confirmation and these terms represent our entire agreement and as a result you have not entered into a contract with us on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.

In the event of any conflict between the English and translated versions of any and all documents and text on our site, the English version will prevail.
